Sendcloud

Connect Sendcloud with the Public Key and Secret Key from a Sendcloud API integration.

Written by August Lykke Amstrup

Sendcloud is connected under Settings → Shipping.

With Sendcloud as your TMS, we book the return shipment through your own Sendcloud account and the carrier agreements you have there. Labels come as PDF or QR code, and we fetch tracking from Sendcloud, so the return updates when the parcel is in transit and delivered.

How to connect

First you create an API integration in Sendcloud, which gives you a Public Key and a Secret Key. You then paste them into Returnflows.

1. Log in to Sendcloud and go to Settings → Integrations. Find Sendcloud API under All integration types and click Connect.

2. Give the integration a name, for example Returnflows, so you can recognise it later. Leave the other fields as they are and click Save.

3. Sendcloud now shows your Public Key and Secret Key. Copy both and keep them somewhere safe before you click Done.

The keys are only shown once. If you close the window without copying them, you need to create a new integration in Sendcloud.

4. Go to Settings → Shipping in Returnflows and click Add provider.

5. Find Sendcloud in the list and click Choose.

6. Paste the Public Key and Secret Key from Sendcloud and click Connect.

Shipping options

Once you are connected, you create shipping options per country under Settings → Shipping. The services you can choose are the ones your Sendcloud account has access to between the customer's country and the country the return is sent to.

For international returns that require customs, we send the customs lines to Sendcloud.
