In the Returns section, you control key return options and logic for each specific Market.
This is where you decide what actions are allowed, how shipping is refunded, and what your return flow looks like.

🌍 Settings are market-specific

All settings on this page apply only to the currently selected Market.

You can switch between Markets using the dropdown at the top. For example, when viewing “Denmark,” only Denmark’s settings are shown.

🔗 Userflow URL

At the top, you’ll see the Userflow URL – this is the direct link to your return portal for that Market.

You can use this URL on your website, in emails, or anywhere customers initiate returns.

Example: https://www.returnflows.com/skagen-clothing-dk

⚙️ What you can configure in Returns

This page is divided into two main parts:

1. Actions

Here you choose which return methods are enabled:

  • Exchanges – allow item swaps

  • Giftcards – allow refund via gift card

Toggle each option on/off as needed.

2. Settings

This area controls the return rules and structure, including:

  • Fee Structure – label pricing and service fees

  • Return Periods & Windows – return deadlines

  • Discount Matching – logic for applied discounts

  • Advanced Settings – layout and shipping refund options

These settings are Market-specific, except global configurations like Return Reasons.

📌 You’ll also find:

  • Return Reasons – a global list shared across all Markets

  • Outgoing Shipping – control whether original shipping is refunded

  • Userflow Layout – toggle for an optimized refund button design
