Total β the total amount being claimed
Note: Bulk actions (mass updates/exports) are not available for claims yet.
Search, sort & pagination
Use the search bar to find claims (no., name, email).
Click a column header to sort.
Use pagination at the bottom to switch pages.
Filters
Combine multiple filters to narrow down the list.

Status β e.g., Awaiting review, Closed, β¦
Resolution β Refund, Replacement, Giftcard, β¦
Shipping option β which option was used
Country β customer country
Market β your Returnflows market
Claim iteration β C1/C2/C3 β¦ (= 1st, 2nd, 3rd claim for the same order/product)
Workflow
Click a row to open Claim detail and process it.
When finished, the claim will move to Closed (or Rejected if you reject it).
Statuses progress automatically as the parcel is handed in, scanned, delivered, etc.
FAQ
Do customers choose a shipping option in the claim flow?
No. Claims do not display shipping choices to the customer (itβs controlled by your setup).
What does βTotalβ mean?
Itβs the total amount being claimed (not necessarily the final payout).
Can I export or bulk-update claims?
Not yet.
