FAQ

Do customers choose a shipping option in the claim flow?
No. Claims do not display shipping choices to the customer (it’s controlled by your setup).

What does β€œTotal” mean?
It’s the total amount being claimed (not necessarily the final payout).

Can I export or bulk-update claims?
Not yet.
