Product-based steps are shown per product during a claim. If a claim contains 3 products, the flow repeats 3 times—once for each product.

Scope: Global settings (applies to all markets).

Available step types

Add as many as you need and reorder any time:

  • Question – open text (optional character limit).

  • Yes/No – binary choice.

  • Information – text the shopper reads and continues.

  • Image Upload – shopper must upload one image per step
(allowed: JPG & PNG, max 10 MB).

Need 3 photos (parcel, product, close-up of defect)?
Create 3 separate Image Upload steps.

  • Drag & drop or select a file from the computer, or

  • Choose Continue on mobile to scan a QR code and upload from the phone.

Best practices

  • One intent per step – short and clear.

  • Be specific – e.g., “Upload photo – left shoe, outside”.

  • Guide before ask – place Information before Image Upload.

  • Mind the order – good instructions first, uploads after.
