To track updates on warehouse actions, set up a webhook in Webshipper:

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Webhooks

  2. Click Create Webhook

  3. Fill in:

Field

Value

URL

Use the webhook URL from Returnflows (e.g. https://api.returnflows.com/integrations/webhook/)

Topic

order/updated

System

Select β€œAll” systems

  1. Click Save

βœ… Ready to go

Once the webhook is set up and the connection is live:

  • Returnflows will automatically send exchanges into Webshipper

  • We'll listen for updates (like when the warehouse marks the order as packed)

  • You’re now fully connected to use Webshipper as your warehouse system
