Returnflows supports direct integration with Webshipper, letting you create return labels using your own carrier contracts – and control exactly which carriers are available.

βœ… Step-by-step: How to connect Webshipper

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Shipping in Returnflows

  2. Choose Webshipper and click Install

πŸ” Fill in your API details

When connecting Webshipper, you’ll be asked for:

Field

What it means

Account Name

Your Webshipper subdomain, e.g., returnflows if your URL is returnflows.webshipper.io

API Key

Created in Webshipper (see below)

Limited Carrier IDs (optional)

Use to restrict Returnflows access to specific carriers

πŸ§ͺ How to get your API Key from Webshipper

  1. Log in to Webshipper

  2. Go to Settings β†’ Access & Tokens

  3. Click Create API token

  4. Set Expires = Never

  5. Tick β€œSelect all” to give full access

  6. Click Save β†’ Copy the generated token

β†’ Paste it into Returnflows as your API Key

πŸŽ› Limited Carrier IDs (optional)

If you want to restrict Returnflows to only certain carriers (e.g. in 3PL setups):

  1. Go to your chosen carrier in Webshipper

  2. Look in the URL for the carrier ID
    β†’ e.g. /connect/carriers/16/update β†’ ID = 16

  3. Paste this into Limited Carrier IDs in Returnflows
    (comma-separated for multiple)

πŸ“¦ Create a Shipping Option

Once connected, you can now create shipping options just like in the Shipmondo flow:

  • Enter name and description

  • Select Webshipper Carrier

  • Select Returnflows Carrier

  • Choose service

  • Enable labelless (if supported)

  • Choose draft or active
