β How to set it up
Go to Settings β Integrations β Slack
Click Install
Fill in:
Webhook URL β from Slack (see guide below)
Default Channel (optional) β e.g.,
#returns
Select the events you'd like to be notified about
(Slack setup in Returnflows)
π How to find your Slack Webhook URL
Click Create New App β From Scratch
Name the app and select your workspace
Go to Incoming Webhooks β Activate
Click Add New Webhook to Workspace
Choose the channel β click Allow
Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Returnflows

You can pick any of these events to trigger Slack messages:
