Returnflows

Returnflows’ Slack integration allows you to send selected return and shipment events directly to your Slack channels – in real-time.

Perfect for keeping your support, logistics, or operations team updated automatically.

Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
2. Click Install
3. Fill in:

Webhook URL – from Slack (see guide below)

Default Channel (optional) – e.g., <code>#returns</code>

Select the events you'd like to be notified about

- Select the events you'd like to be notified about

Go to <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://api.slack.com/apps</a>

Click Create New App → From Scratch

Go to Incoming Webhooks → Activate

Click Add New Webhook to Workspace

Choose the channel → click Allow

Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Returnflows

1. Go to <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://api.slack.com/apps</a>
2. Click Create New App → From Scratch
3. Name the app and select your workspace
4. Go to Incoming Webhooks → Activate
5. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace
6. Choose the channel → click Allow
7. Copy the Webhook URL and paste it into Returnflows

You can pick any of these events to trigger Slack messages:

Separate channels by return types or teams if needed
