🚚 Shipmondo Integration – Connect your shipping setup

Returnflows integrates directly with Shipmondo as a TMS (Transport Management System), allowing you to generate return labels using your own shipping agreements or Shipmondo’s carrier services.

This guide walks you through how to connect your Shipmondo account and set up your shipping options in Returnflows.


βœ… Step 1 – Choose Shipmondo as your carrier integration

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Shipping

  2. Under β€œConnect TMS”, click Choose next to Shipmondo

πŸ” Step 2 – Get your API credentials in Shipmondo

  1. Log in to your Shipmondo account

  2. Navigate to Settings β†’ API β†’ Access

  3. You’ll see:

    • User = Account Name

    • Key = API Key

πŸ”— Step 3 – Connect Returnflows to Shipmondo

  1. Back in Returnflows, paste the values into:

    • Account Name = User

    • API Key = Key

  1. Click Connect

β†’ You will now see that Shipmondo is connected as your Return Label Provider


πŸš› Step 4 – Set up your Shipping Option

Once the connection is live, you can create one or more shipping methods based on your available carriers in Shipmondo.

  1. Click Add Shipping Option

  2. Select:

    • Shipmondo Carrier – All carriers tied to your Shipmondo account

    • Returnflows Carrier – Used for customer-facing UI and drop-off point lookup

  1. Choose the Service (e.g., GLS, PostNord, Bring etc.)

  2. Customize the fields:

    • Name & description – What the customer sees in the portal

    • Labelless – Enable if supported by the carrier/service

    • Status – Keep as Draft or set to Active

You can use both your own carrier contracts or default Shipmondo contracts.

Once a return is created by a customer, Returnflows automatically uses your Shipmondo integration to:

  • Generate the shipping label

  • Sync tracking and return data

  • Display relevant options to the customer

Which carriers can I use?
Any carrier that is available and active in your Shipmondo account.

Do I need to configure carriers in Shipmondo first?
Yes – the carrier and services must be visible in your account before they can be selected in Returnflows.

What if label creation fails?
