The Status Page lets your customers track the progress of their return – including shipping, actions, refunds and confirmation.

It updates automatically and gives full transparency.

🔗 How does a customer access the status page?

There are two ways:

1. From the confirmation email

– Takes them directly to their active return.

2. Via the /status URL

– Example: https://www.returnflows.com/en/skagen-clothing-dk/status
– They enter order number + email
– If found, the full return is shown
– If not, they’re informed and can try again
