In Languages, you can activate, manage and edit every language your return portal supports – and fully control what each version says.

πŸ”— URL structure

Each language uses a unique slug in the return portal URL:

  • Danish: /da/

  • English: /en/

  • German: /de/

  • etc.

Example:
https://www.returnflows.com/en/skagen-clothing-dk/
β†’ The customer will see the portal in English.

You’ll find the exact links in your language list.

πŸ“₯ Fallback language

If the link has no language slug, the portal defaults to the language set in:
Settings β†’ General β†’ App Standards β†’ Language

πŸ›  Localize a language

Click β€œLocalize” to access full control over each language.

1. Edit translations

  • Modify all standard text

  • Adjust tone, grammar, clarity

2. Customize everything freely

  • You can rewrite everything – not just translate

  • Make it casual, fun, formal, or fully on-brand

Your portal, your tone of voice.

⚠️ Special strings – be careful when editing

Some fields contain code snippets that must not be removed, such as:

Click <link>here</link> to get a refund ({price} return label)

You can change β€œhere” or rewrite the sentence, but don’t remove <link> or {price} – or the function will break.

πŸ” Preview & Reset

Click the three dots (…) next to any language to:

  • Preview – See how the portal looks in that language

  • Reset – Restore default translation values
