✍️ How it works
A text field appears on the final return confirmation step
The customer can enter up to your defined character limit
The note is optional and can be left blank
Notes are saved and shown inside the Returnflows admin panel
In the settings, you’ll see a simple toggle to enable the feature, and a field where you can set a max character count (e.g. 250).
🛍 What it looks like for the customer
On the confirmation screen, the customer sees a single-line input field labeled:
“Enter note (optional)”
It appears just above the “Confirm Return” button, giving space to leave additional info.
🧑💻 What it looks like in admin
When viewing a return in Returnflows, any note the customer submitted will be visible on the right-hand side of the return details.
It shows under the section “Customer Note”, as plain text beneath the customer’s contact info.
⚙️ Settings
Go to:
Settings → Customize → Customer Notes
You can:
Enable or disable the field
Define the maximum character limit (e.g. 250)
