With Support Information, you can display your customer service contact details directly in the Returnflows return portal.
This ensures your customers can easily get help or find key information while submitting a return.
🧾 What you can include
You can fill out the following fields:
Support Email
The email customers can contact you on (shown in the portal)Support Phone
Your customer service number (can be hidden or shown)Return Policy URL
Link to your return or refund policy (typically on your webshop)Help Center URL
Link to your Help Center or FAQ pageShow phone number to customers
Toggle to control if the phone number is visible in the portal

Email and phone number are shown clearly in the return portal
Return Policy and Help Center appear as clickable links
This information is applied globally across all markets

✅ How to update your support information
Go to Settings → Return Settings → Support Information
Fill in the fields as described above
Toggle Show phone number to customers on or off as needed
Click Save
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to fill out every field?
No – but we recommend at least adding a support email and return policy link.
Can I set different support info per market?
Not currently – the support information is a global setting.
What if I don’t want to show the phone number?
You can easily disable it – it will only appear if the setting is active.
