Your Return Information is used to generate the return address shown on your customer return labels.

This should always be the address of your warehouse or return handling location.

🏷️ Why it's important

When a return label is generated, this address will automatically be added as the return recipient.

⚠️ If this information is incorrect, your returns may be sent to the wrong place.

🧾 How to update your return information

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Return Settings β†’ Return Information

  2. Fill out the following fields:

  • Company Name – your business or warehouse name

  • Address – street and number

  • Address 2 – floor, warehouse section (optional)

  • ZIP Code & City

  • Country

  1. Click Save

πŸ” Dynamic Return Address (Optional)

Instead of using one fixed return address, you can enable Dynamic Return Address.

With this setting turned on, Returnflows will automatically use the order's fulfillment address as the return destination.

This is useful if you ship from multiple warehouses or 3PL locations.

βœ… Enable this option only if your fulfillment locations can receive returns.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Always double-check for typos or wrong ZIP codes

  • Use a physical address (no PO boxes)

  • If using Dynamic Return Address, make sure fulfillment data in Shopify is accurate

❓FAQ

Can I use my business address instead of my warehouse?
Yes, but we recommend using your warehouse address – it's where the return will be sent.

What happens if I leave the field blank?
Labels may not be generated correctly. Always provide full return info.

What if I use multiple return hubs?
Use Dynamic Return Address to handle multiple fulfillment locations.
