  • Contact Name
    Typically your operations lead or customer support manager

  • Contact Phone
    Use a number where you can be reached in urgent situations

  • Mail Address
    Use a monitored email that’s checked daily

Returnflows may use this information to contact you if:

  • A refund fails to process

  • A critical error affects your account

  • Urgent operational issues arise that require your attention

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Shop Settings β†’ Contact Information

  2. Fill in the fields as described above

  3. Click Save
